Shipping policy
We are not responsible for the loss or breakage of any order. products are packaged correctly, if the product is damaged during shipment, the responsible is the postal service.
There are usually no problems with shipments, so this is unlikely to happen, but to ensure the well-being of your order, please choose a tracked shipment. If there are any problems with your order during shipping, the postal service would be responsible and cover the costs of the order.
If you choose a shipment with tracking number, I must put the actual value of your order on the label, including the shipping price, so if your order exceeds the amount set by your country's customs, you will likely have to pay them.
If you decide to return the shipment so as not to pay customs, your order will be shipped again, but you will have to repay the shipping price, if you don't want your order shipped again, only the money on the products will be refunded, not the shipment.
